Ingredients For the cake

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp double/heavy cream
  • tbsp powdered sweetener
  • ½ tbsp baking powder
  • 4 tbsp almond flour extra fine
  • 1 egg

Ingredients For the glaze

  • 1 tbsp double/heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp powdered sweetener
  • squeeze of lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Grease the inside of a 2-mug or microwave-safe bowl with melted butter. You can take any bowl available at your home.

Instructions For The Cake

  • Mix all the dry ingredients - almond flour, sweetener, and baking powder - in a separate bowl.
  • Add all wet ingredients and mix well with a fork. If you find the dough is too runny, add a little almond flour.
  • Transfer the mixture to the small bowl and place it on the surface.
  • Microwave on high for about 90 seconds. You can also bake the cake at 180°C / 360°F for about 15 minutes.
  • Remove it from the microwave and turn it upside down on a plate.

Instructions For The Glaze

  • Melt butter, then stir in cream, lemon juice, and sweetener.
  • Let it cool until the glaze begins to thicken but it can still be poured. Then pour the cake with a spoon and serve.
