In a bowl, mix the warm water with the dry yeast.
Add the milk, brown sugar, salt, and softened butter to the mixture.
Stir well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Add 4 cups of the bread flour and knead the dough on a work surface for 10 minutes.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rest for 1 hour.
After resting, punch the dough down slightly and knead it again on a surface for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 equal parts.
Place each part into a baking mold and let them rest for an additional 45 minutes.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 40 minutes or until the bread is golden brown.
