- 1 3-pound beef chuck pot roast
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend
- 1 large onion cut in wedges
- 6 large carrots peeled and cut in pieces
- 1 jar 12 ounces hot or mild sliced banana peppers
Place chuck roast in a slow cooker crock.
Sprinkle the roast evenly with steak seasoning.
Arrange onion wedges and carrot pieces around the roast.
Pour the entire jar of banana peppers (including the juice) over the roast and vegetables.
Cover the slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4.5 to 5 hours or on LOW for 6 to 8 hours until the beef is fork-tender.
