Butter baked chicken wings
Ingredients:
- 12 md chicken wings, tips on or off
- 3 Tbsp onion powder
- 3 Tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Tbsp paprika, more if you like
- 1/4 c butter, cut into cubes
Directions:
- Pat the chicken dry.
- Sprinkle the wings with all the dry ingredients.
- Spray a baking dish with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the wings in the dish.
- Top the chicken pieces with the butter.
- Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Remove the foil and baste the wings with the pan juices.
- Turn the temperature up to 500 degrees F to allow them to brown and crisp, about 10 minutes.
