Butter baked chicken wings

Ingredients:

  • 12 md chicken wings, tips on or off
  • 3 Tbsp onion powder
  • 3 Tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp paprika, more if you like
  • 1/4 c butter, cut into cubes

Directions:

  1. Pat the chicken dry.
  2. Sprinkle the wings with all the dry ingredients.
  3. Spray a baking dish with olive oil. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  4. Place the wings in the dish.
  5. Top the chicken pieces with the butter.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and baste the wings with the pan juices.
  8. Turn the temperature up to 500 degrees F to allow them to brown and crisp, about 10 minutes.
