Easy Ice Cream without sugar
ingredients:
- Milk (1 can)
- Heavy cream (200 grams or 1 small carton)
- Flavored powdered juice of your choice (1 packet)
- Condensed milk (395 grams or 1 can/carton)
Instructions:
- Add the milk, condensed milk, and heavy cream to the blender. Blend for about 5 minutes or until the mixture is well-combined.
- Add the flavored powdered juice of your choice to the blender. Blend for a bit more until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. You can use any flavor you like, such as strawberry, chocolate, vanilla, or mango.
- Pour the mixture into a container and freeze it for about 3 hours or until it is slightly firm.
- Take the ice cream out of the container and put it in a mixer. Beat it for about 10 minutes at maximum speed until it becomes very creamy and fluffy. This will add some air to the ice cream and make it softer.
- Put the ice cream back in the container and freeze it for another 5 hours or until it is fully set.
- When ready to serve, scoop the ice cream into bowls or cones and decorate as desired. You can use fruits, nuts, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or whipped cream.

- You can use any type of milk you prefer, such as whole, skim, or plant-based milk. Just make sure it matches well with the condensed milk and cream.
