Pancakes with Apple and Cinnamon Flavors

ingredients:

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 2 manzanas
  • 2 huevos
  • 150 grams of yogurt
  • 1 small spoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

PREPARATION:

  1. Get the ingredients ready.
  2. Remove the skin, seeds, and finely cut the apples.
  3. Use a blender to turn the oatmeal into a smooth powder.
Prepare the dough:
  1. In a bowl, mix together the powdered oats, baking powder, and cinnamon.
  2. In a different bowl, whisk the eggs and combine them with the yogurt.
  3. Combine the liquid ingredients with the dry ones and mix until they are well mixed.
  4. Mix the diced apples gently.
  5. Make the pancakes.
  6. Warm up a non-stick pan or flat cooking surface over medium heat and lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray.
  7. Put a little bit of the batter on the pan to make pancakes.
  8. Cook the food until bubbles appear on top, then turn it over and cook until it is golden brown on the other side, which should take around 2-3 minutes for each side.
