Slow Cooker Minnesota Pot Roast
Ingredients:
- 1 (3-pound) beef chuck pot roast
- 1 tablespoon steak seasoning blend
- 1 large onion, cut in wedges
- 6 large carrots, peeled and cut in pieces
- 1 jar (12 ounces) hot or mild sliced banana peppers
Instructions:
- Place chuck roast in a slow cooker crock. Sprinkle with steak seasoning.
- Arrange onions and carrots around roast. Pour banana peppers with juice over roast and vegetables.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 4 ½ to 5 hours or LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
