Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated provolone cheese
  • 1 cup Catupiry cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 package precooked lasagna pasta (500g)

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 400 g ground beef
  • 3 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 cans of tomato sauce
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Instructions
 

  • For the sauce, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the garlic, the onion and the meat until golden brown.
  • Add the tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and the parsley and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, the provolone and the Catupiry®.
  • In a medium baking dish, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, sauce and cheese mixture, ending with sauce.
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until baked and golden brown.
  • Remove and serve decorated as desired.
