- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1 cup Catupiry cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 package precooked lasagna pasta (500g)
Sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 onion chopped
- 400 g ground beef
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 2 cans of tomato sauce
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
For the sauce, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the garlic, the onion and the meat until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and saute for 2 minutes.
Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and the parsley and cook for 10 minutes, stirring. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, the provolone and the Catupiry®.
In a medium baking dish, alternate layers of sauce, pasta, sauce and cheese mixture, ending with sauce.
Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until baked and golden brown.
Remove and serve decorated as desired.
