- 1 package precooked lasagna pasta (500g)
- 350 g sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Sauce
- 5 tbsp butter
- 500 g small shrimp
- ½ cup chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp flour
- 5 cups milk
- 1 box heavy cream (200g)
- Salt and grated nutmeg to taste
For the sauce, heat a pan with butter over medium heat and saute the shrimp for 2 minutes.
Add the parsley, the flour and fry for 1 minute.
Add the milk, little by little, stirring until it thickens. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste, add the cream, mix and turn off the heat.
In a baking dish, make layers with the white sauce, the pasta, the white sauce, the mozzarella and the tomato sauce, ending with the white sauce.
Cover with the Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
