Ingredients
  

  • 1 package precooked lasagna pasta (500g)
  • 350 g sliced mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Sauce

  • 5 tbsp butter
  • 500 g small shrimp
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 5 cups milk
  • 1 box heavy cream (200g)
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste

Instructions
 

  • For the sauce, heat a pan with butter over medium heat and saute the shrimp for 2 minutes.
  • Add the parsley, the flour and fry for 1 minute.
  • Add the milk, little by little, stirring until it thickens. Season with salt and nutmeg to taste, add the cream, mix and turn off the heat.
  • In a baking dish, make layers with the white sauce, the pasta, the white sauce, the mozzarella and the tomato sauce, ending with the white sauce.
  • Cover with the Parmesan cheese and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
