Ingredients
  

  • 1 Sachet Hartleys Sugar Free Jelly
  • 2 Sachets Powdered Gelatine
  • ½ Pint Boiling Water
  • 160 g Fat Free Yogurt
  • ½ tbsp Vanilla Essence

Instructions
 

  • Add the jelly and gelatine into the measuring jug with ½ pint of boiling water. Mix well until everything has dissolved.
  • Pour ⅓ of the jelly mixture into another jug and leave to one side.
  • Pour the rest of the jelly mixture into the silicone moulds, but don't fill the moulds to the top as you need to add the yoghurt jelly later.
  • Put the jelly moulds into the fridge for 15 minutes.
  • While the moulds are in the fridge. Go back to the jug that has the ⅓ jelly mixture, add in the yoghurt and vanilla and mix together until it is fully combined.
  • Remove the moulds from the fridge, top up each of the moulds with the yoghurt jelly mixture. Put the moulds back in the fridge and leave for 4 hours.
  • Carefully remove the Jelly Sweets from the moulds and enjoy.
