  1. Eating bread is not good for diabetics especially since it has that much sugar in it. I’d recommend to eat one a week and put rest in freezer. Unless it doesn’t freeze well. I would also recommend to make these for special occasions such as Easter,Thanksgiving or Christmas, so as you’re not tempted to eat so much bread.
