Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss them in the marinade until they are well coated.
  4. Let the mushrooms marinate for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure they are evenly coated.
  5. Transfer the mushrooms to a baking dish in a single layer.
