BBQ Ranch Chicken Bake
Ingredients :
- 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1½ cups crushed BBQ-flavored potato chips
- Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. - Mix the Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, barbecue sauce, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. - Assemble:
Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish. - Add the Toppings:
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese over the top, then add crumbled bacon and crushed BBQ chips. - Bake:
Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the chips are golden and crisp. - Garnish and Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
