Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob
Ingredients:
- 4 ears fresh corn, husked
- ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp paprika (optional, for smokiness)
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: Extra parsley, chili flakes
Instructions:
1. Prep the Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Cook the Corn
Grill method (recommended for smoky flavor):
- Brush corn with garlic butter.
- Grill on medium-high for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
Boil method:
- Boil corn in salted water for 5-7 mins, then drain.
- Toss in garlic butter.
3. Cheesy Finish
- While corn is hot, roll in Parmesan cheese until fully coated.
- Garnish with extra parsley or chili flakes.
