Cheesy Garlic Butter Corn on the Cob

Ingredients:

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husked
  • ¼ cup (½ stick) butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for smokiness)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional garnish: Extra parsley, chili flakes

Instructions:

1. Prep the Garlic Butter
  • Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
2. Cook the Corn

 Grill method (recommended for smoky flavor):

  • Brush corn with garlic butter.
  • Grill on medium-high for 10-12 mins, turning occasionally.
 Boil method:
  • Boil corn in salted water for 5-7 mins, then drain.
  • Toss in garlic butter.
3. Cheesy Finish
  • While corn is hot, roll in Parmesan cheese until fully coated.
  • Garnish with extra parsley or chili flakes.
