Crockpot Creamy Mushroom Beef
Ingredients:
For the beef:
- 1.5–2 lbs ground beef
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
For the creamy sauce:
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup beef broth
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Optional:
- ½ cup sour cream (for extra creaminess)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Add beef
- Place raw ground beef in the crockpot
- Break it slightly into chunks
2. Add ingredients
- Pour cream of mushroom soup over beef
- Add chopped onion, garlic, broth, and seasoning
3. Cook
- Low: 6–7 hours
- High: 3–4 hours
4. Break & stir
- About halfway through, break up the beef and stir well
5. Finish
- Stir in sour cream at the end (optional)
- Mix until creamy and smooth
6. Serve
- Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes
