Ingredients:
- 6 chicken drumsticks
- 4 cloves garlic , minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon , juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper , to taste

- Fresh parsley or thyme , chopped (for serving )

Instructions:
1 : Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) .
- Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or a light drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
2: Prepare the Marinade
- In a small bowl, whisk together the minced garlic , olive oil , lemon juice , lemon zest , dried oregano , salt , and pepper .
Step 3: Coat the Chicken
- Place the chicken drumsticks in a large bowl or directly in the baking dish.
- Pour the marinade over the drumsticks, ensuring they are evenly coated. Use your hands or tongs to rub the mixture into the chicken for maximum flavor.
Step 4: Roast the Chicken
Tip : For extra crispy skin, broil the drumsticks for the last 2–3 minutes of cooking, keeping a close eye to avoid burning.
