Mississippi Lil Smokies
Ingredients:
- 28 ounces Lil Smokies cocktail sausages.
- 12 ounces beef gravy from a jar.
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix.
- 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers, plus 1/4 cup juice from jar.
Instructions:
- Add the Lil Smokies cocktail sausages to the slow cooker.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the beef gravy, ranch seasoning mix, and 1/4 cup juice from the pepperoncini jar until well combined.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the sausages in the slow cooker. Top with the 1/2 cup of pepperoncini peppers.
- Stir to combine all ingredients evenly. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
