PANCAKES RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually incorporate milk and water, stirring until well combined.
  2. Beat in salt and melted butter until achieving a smooth consistency.
  3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion for even coating.
  5. Cook for about 2 minutes or until the bottom attains a light brown hue.
  6. Gently loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook the other side. Serve promptly.
