PANCAKES RECIPE

- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and eggs. Gradually incorporate milk and water, stirring until well combined.
- Beat in salt and melted butter until achieving a smooth consistency.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Pour or spoon approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle, tilting the pan in a circular motion for even coating.
- Cook for about 2 minutes or until the bottom attains a light brown hue.
- Gently loosen with a spatula, flip, and cook the other side. Serve promptly.
