Pioneer Woman Crockpot Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 bone-in or boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Sprinkle both sides of the pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and ranch dressing mix until smooth.
- Place the seasoned pork chops in the crockpot in a single layer. Pour the gravy mixture over the top, making sure the chops are fully covered.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or on HIGH for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender.
- Serve the pork chops over mashed potatoes or rice, spooning the gravy generously over the top. Garnish with fresh parsley.
