Skillet Garlic Parmesan Chicken
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- For the Crispy Potatoes:
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Prepare Potatoes: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the halved potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
- Cook Chicken: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chicken slices, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Add Cheese: Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the chicken, allowing it to melt for a minute.
- Serve: Plate the chicken alongside crispy potatoes. Garnish with fresh parsley.
