Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops, about 1 inch thick
- 1 box (6 oz) stuffing mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
Instructions
- Prepare the stuffing: Make the stuffing mix according to the package directions, using the recommended amount of water. Let it cool slightly.
- Stuff the pork chops: Cut a pocket horizontally into the thickest part of each pork chop, being careful not to cut all the way through. Fill each pocket with stuffing.
- Layer in the slow cooker: Place the stuffed pork chops in the slow cooker. Spread the condensed soup over the top.
- Cook: Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, until the pork reaches 145°F (63°C) internally.
- Rest and serve: Let the chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Spoon the creamy sauce over the top.
