  • 1 kg whole chicken
  • 2 Grated Potato’s
  • 2 Grated Carrots
  • 1 Large Grated Zucchini
  • 1 Large Brown Onion (finely diced)
  • 2 Packets Chicken Noodle Soup Mix
  • 2.5 – 3 Litres Chicken Stock


  1. Start by preparing all of your ingredients. Peel and grate the potatoes and carrots, grate the zucchini, and finely dice the onion.
  2. Add all of the ingredients to your slow cooker, starting with the chicken at the bottom.
  3. Give everything a good stir to mix it all together, making sure the chicken is covered in the broth.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
