Sugar Free Soft Serve Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice or canned coconut milk
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sweetener of choice
  • 2 1/2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. 
  2. Scoop out with an ice cream scoop, or transfer to a pastry bag and pipe out for swirly soft serve. 
  3. If you want the Dole Whip to hold its swirled shape longer, freeze twenty minutes before serving.
