Crunchy Parmesan Potato Bites

Ingredients:

  • 4 mid sized Potatoes, Yukon Gold is my preference, washed but Do Not Peel
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Parsley
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, freshly grated or bought from the refrigerated Section,

Instructions:

FIRST STEP:
  • Preheat oven to 450*
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper
  • Slice the washed, unpeeled potatoes to a ¼” thickness or into eighths lengthwise for steakfries.
SECOND STEP:
  • In a boil place the Olive oil and coat the slices of potatoes
  • In another bowl add the Garlic Powder, onion Powder, Black Pepper, Salt and the Parsley.
  • Mix in half of the Parmesan Cheese
THIRD STEP:
  • Toss the Potato Slices in the seasoning and coat evenly
FOURTH STEP:
  • Bake for 15 minutes, remove from the oven and flip the potatoes
  • Bake for another 15 minutes
FIFTH STEP:
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan Cheese
  • Place under a broiler set on low for 2 to 4 minutes, until the cheese begins to bubble and turn brown
