Diabetic Bread in 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup olive oil or melted butter

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt.
  3. Add milk and olive oil (or melted butter) to the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined into a dough.
  4. Transfer the dough to the prepared pan and shape it into an even layer.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
