Just recipe makes no sense only a quarter pound of ground meat and then two teaspoons of grated cheese that ain’t enough to do anything with this is a ridiculous recipe
I agree
Agree. Also tomato sauce, not paste. I used 1 lb. of lean ground beef, 16 ozs. tomato sauce and 8-12 ozs of cheese and then melted the cheese on top for another 5 mins. I also covered the casserole with foil to bake and then took off and melted the cheese.
John Cain is so right, the ingredients list makes no sense. Basically confused me.
It ingredients are right IF you are making individual serving sizes.
If you want to make one large one just quadruple the ingredients.
No drama, No Karen’s just a simple recipe!
This is the same as my Sour Cream Noodle Bake recipe, but, mine has better ratio of ingredients. Pioneer Woman also has the recipe if you look it up. It’s very good!
Same recipe on a different site calls for 1.5 lbs of ground beef
