The use of olive oil or coconut oil provides healthy fats that are essential for overall well-being. By incorporating these ingredients, you are indulging in a dessert that nourishes your body.
While this cake is delightful on its own, pairing it with the right accompaniments can elevate your experience. A dollop of Greek yogurt or a scoop of coconut cream can add a creamy texture that complements the cake’s moistness. If you’re a fan of warm spices, enjoy a slice with a cup of chai tea or spiced latte. For an extra crunch, sprinkle some chopped nuts or raisins over the cake before serving. These simple pairings will make your no-sugar, no-flour oatmeal, apple, and carrot cake even more enjoyable.

Why does it call the recipient no sugar when it calls for honey or maple surup
Thanks for the wonderful recipe…can’t wait to make this healthy treat ! 👏
You can buy sugar free maple syrup, the same version as real maple syrup. Not the thick processed junk!! I use it all the time in recipes. 😃
I am determined to make this recipe, it looks good, easy and simple. Thanks.
Can you please tell me what the cake has been decorated with. I can see blueberry and walnut but there is some shiny stuff beneath that….
