Sesame and Pumpkin Seed Cookies

Gluten-Free, Oil-Free, Sugar-Free | Sesame Seeds Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 130g Sesame Seeds (1 cup)
  • 130g Pumpkin Seeds (1 cup)
  • 140g Banana Pulp (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • A Pinch of Salt

Instructions:

  1. Dry roast sesame seeds till colour changes. Cool down completely.
  2. Mix pumpkin seeds with roasted sesame seeds.
  3. Blend banana and add all other ingredients.
  4. Spread small portion of the mixture on parchment paper and bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10 min.
  5. Cool down completely until crisp.
  6. Store in airtight container.
