Slow Cooker Chicken Stuffing

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • ½ cup no-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
  • ¼ cup water

Instructions:

  1. Season chicken with salt & pepper, then place in slow cooker.
  2. Add broth over the chicken.
  3. Mix stuffing – Combine soup, stuffing mix, and water in a bowl.
  4. Layer stuffing evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
  6. Serve & enjoy with a side of veggies or salad!
  7. A simple, comforting one-pot meal

  1. Looks wonderful! I am wondering if I can do this same thing with a pork roast. It is already cooked so I could use the mushroom soup and a pkg of stuffing mix and put it in the oven for a spell.
