Slow Cooker Chicken Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- ½ cup no-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (10.75 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (6 oz) box stuffing mix
- ¼ cup water
Instructions:
- Season chicken with salt & pepper, then place in slow cooker.
- Add broth over the chicken.
- Mix stuffing – Combine soup, stuffing mix, and water in a bowl.
- Layer stuffing evenly over the chicken.
- Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-7 hours.
- Serve & enjoy with a side of veggies or salad!
- A simple, comforting one-pot meal

Looks wonderful! I am wondering if I can do this same thing with a pork roast. It is already cooked so I could use the mushroom soup and a pkg of stuffing mix and put it in the oven for a spell.
