Slow Cooker Smoked Sausage

Ingredients:
- 1 lb smoked sausage or kielbasa, sliced into rounds
- 1 small head green cabbage, cored and chopped
- 1½ lbs yellow or red potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1½ cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2–4 tbsp butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Place the cubed potatoes evenly in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Add the chopped cabbage over the potatoes.
- Arrange the sliced smoked sausage evenly on top.
- Dot everything with the butter pieces, then sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour the chicken broth evenly over the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4–6 hours, or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cabbage is tender.
- Gently stir everything together before serving.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
