Lemon Mint Green Smoothie for weight loss
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh spinach or kale
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 green apple
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- A small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 1 cup water (or coconut water)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon grated ginger
Instructions:
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Chop the cucumber and apple into small pieces.
- Add spinach (or kale), cucumber, apple, mint leaves, and ginger (if using) into a blender.
- Pour in the water or coconut water.
- Squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
