Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta

Indulge in the comforting flavors of creamy garlic parmesan sauce, tender chicken, and perfectly cooked pasta with this delightful Slow Cooker Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta. This recipe is a true time-saver, allowing you to spend more quality moments with your loved ones while the slow cooker works its magic.

To start, you’ll gather your ingredients, including wholesome staples like chicken, cream cheese, and sweet onions. The combination of whole milk, heavy cream, and cream of chicken soup creates a luscious base, while the garlic parmesan wing sauce adds a delightful kick of flavor. Don’t forget the Colby jack cheese, which melts beautifully into the sauce, adding a creamy, cheesy goodness.

Once everything is mixed together in the slow cooker, you’ll add in the quartered baby red potatoes, allowing them to soak up all the wonderful flavors as they cook. Nestle the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into the creamy sauce, ensuring each piece is fully coated for maximum flavor infusion.

Now it’s time to let the slow cooker do its work. Set it to either high or low, and let the tantalizing aromas fill your home. Meanwhile, you can take a moment to prepare the pasta separately on the stovetop. This step ensures that the noodles maintain their perfect texture without absorbing too much moisture from the slow cooker.

I would leave out the potato and use diced carrots and add sweet baby peas at the end. Just my opinion.

  3. I wish I knew the serving size for this amazing meal. I don’t want to eat 835 calories for this dish.

  4. Is the pound of red potato’s in the ingredients a mistake? I can’t imagine having both potatoes and pasta in one dish like this. The potatoes are not mentioned at all until the ingredients section.

  5. If you leave out the potatoes, do you need to change anything else? Making for someone who doesn’t like potatoes (boo). Looks delicious!
