Ingredients
Raspberry Sauce
- 3 tbsp stevia/erythritol blend
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tbsp xanthan gum
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 cup raspberries
Cream Cheese Filling
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp stevia/erythritol blend
- 1 large egg
Cake
- 2 cup almond flour
- ½ cup stevia/erythritol blend
- ½ tbsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp almond extract
- ¼ tbsp sea salt
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 3 large eggs
Streusel Topping
- ¼ cup almonds, sliced
Instructions
- Ration and prepare all the active ingredients Preheat stove to 350F.
- Grease a springform frying pan.
- Add the stevia/erythritol blend and xantham gum tissue to a frying pan.
