Slow Cooker Mississippi Pork Roast Recipe

  • 2 pounds marinated fresh pork roast

  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 8-10 pepperoncini peppers

  1. Add pork roast to the slow cooker. Sprinkle ranch and au jus packages on top. Top with butter and peppers.
  2. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  3. Shred with a fork and serve.

Notes

If you are not a fan of peppers, you do not have to eat them, but they are great to add flavor during the cooking process.

    1. I put in deer or elk roast and I like extra gravy so I add a con a onion soup lamb is great too never have to marinated the meat beforehand
